“I’ve always been pretty risk-averse, so I’d tell myself not to be afraid to try new things, take risks, and really go for it. Nothing will be perfect – just continue to do your best and lead by example. However, my journey throughout my career has positioned and enabled me to do what I’m doing now. I’m not sure I would have been ready without those experiences.”
