I had the honor of photographing Kathy Bryan. She is today’s woman! And I’m so proud to know her and to be her friend.
I asked Kathy to describe herself to me.This is what she said:
“I’ve never been uncomfortable in my skin, but I haven’t always felt like I am what a “girl” is supposed to be. I have no interest in makeup. I eloped instead of planning a fancy wedding. And I’d rather be called strong than pretty. Early in my career, I feared I might need to conform to advance professionally, but I chose to be true to me. I’m a modern-day female leader, and I consider myself to be an approachable badass.”
