I had the privilege of photographing Nicole Angelini, a Pennsylvania real estate agent. She shared some of her story.
“I have an undergraduate degree in art history from Temple University in Philadelphia. I got married a bit later than my peers. After starting a family, I gave up my career as a headhunter and became a stay-at-home mom. During the marriage, I enjoyed helping my contractor husband flip houses and renovate rental properties. I also helped a great deal with his apartment leasing business. After the divorce, I renovated some of my investment properties and became a landlord. I also flipped a few houses, did freelance design consulting, and eventually became a realtor.
When I met Alissa in December 2023, I badly needed an updated professional headshot and the ones on her website were terrific! My headshot photo session was a great experience. The team was organized and efficient, started and ended on time, and made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the process. Alissa is super sweet, supportive, and patient.
My favorite part was the hair and makeup. Lisa, the hair and makeup stylist, is a gem. I typically hate having my makeup professionally done because I can’t keep my eyes open for mascara application. However, Lisa applied it with my eyes closed! My hair is very coarse, but she did a magnificent job pressing out the roots and styling it. Lisa is wonderful!
The new studio in the garment district is a great space. I love the front door to the studio which looks like the entrance to a vault. Time went by so quickly during my session, I didn’t realize I was there for four hours. I enjoyed Alissa’s musical selections too!
